The room was a bit smaller than i thought it would be. A tiny bed sat in it. the staff member who checked me out seemed quite irritable. it seemed like i was bothering them. returning luggage to guests instead of making them get it themselves is normal these days. i was wrong. The staff attitude ruined everything.
